This is not yet fully confirmed if this is the real teaser poster for the movie - Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen . This image is now circulating on the net and many fans and tf lovers are now puzzled and wondering if this is real.

the image shows that it is from a cellphone camera, taken by an individual and then released the so called leak poster on the net. It shows that theres a head of a Transformer character, many are now speculating that the image might be Galvatron, or perhaps another villain, but my guess is that it is maybe a upgraded Starscream with head armor. hmm not sure about that, but let's wait for the next news.
